2. Our Services

PrimeAxis Global provides truck dispatch, freight management, route optimization, carrier management, back-office support, appointment scheduling, and documentation management services to carriers and owner-operators in the United States. We act as a dispatch service provider; we are not a motor carrier, broker, or freight forwarder, and we do not take possession of, or legal responsibility for, freight.

3. Carrier Responsibilities

As a carrier or owner-operator working with PrimeAxis Global, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining all required operating authority, insurance, permits, and licenses;
• The safe and lawful operation of your vehicle(s) and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations;
• The accuracy of information you provide regarding your equipment, availability, and preferences;
• Final decisions on which loads to accept, as PrimeAxis Global presents load options but does not compel acceptance.

4. Fees and Payment

Dispatch service fees are based on the percentage or fee structure agreed upon between PrimeAxis Global and the carrier prior to the start of services. Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms will be set out in your individual service agreement and are not altered by anything on this website.

5. No Guarantee of Loads or Earnings

While we work to source consistent, well-paying freight, PrimeAxis Global does not guarantee any specific load volume, freight rate, or level of earnings. Freight availability is influenced by market conditions, season, lane, equipment type, and other factors beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

PrimeAxis Global will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a dispatch service agreement in accordance with the notice terms set out in that agreement. PrimeAxis Global reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services for carriers who violate applicable laws, misrepresent information, or breach their service agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PrimeAxis Global or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdictions where PrimeAxis Global operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through the process specified in your individual service agreement.
